Our Belmont Shore restaurant expansion is OPEN! Join us every day for brunch (8 AM-3 PM) and dinner (4 PM-9 PM). The Belmont Shore coffee shop is separate from the restaurant and is open 6 AM-3 PM, 6 AM-8 PM Fridays and 7 AM-8 PM Sat + Sun with pizza slices 4 PM-8 PM. We offer takeout and counter-service with limited seating on the coffee shop side, with full-service and an expanded menu at the restaurant.

Colossus is a woman-founded and family-operated bakery, started out of a shared kitchen and farmers markets by Pastry Chef Kristin Colazas Rodriguez and her husband Nicholas Rodriguez, a long-time coffee professional. We have locations in Long Beach and San Pedro, CA. We specialize in whole grain long fermented sourdough breads and seasonally inspired croissant pastries.
