We are currently hiring for the following positions at the following locations:
Colossus Anaheim Bakery
We bake everything at our dedicated baking space in Anaheim, CA, and send our products out fresh every morning to our stores and wholesale accounts. We are not open to the public, and are located about a block away from the Anaheim Packing House.
Baker (Not actively hiring, but accepting resumes)
Belmont Shore
Our Belmont Shore location is undergoing a restaurant expansion with expanded seating. We will be offering bakery cafe service on one side and full service on the other. We have a full kitchen and are open breakfast-dinner with beer and wine.

Harbor
Our Harbor San Pedro locations is a small and intimate bistro location with beautiful views of the Port of LA. We offer a full coffee bar and a casual hybrid style service with brunch, dinner and natural wine.
